1. Service Provider

2. Service Description

AcceptMyApp is an AI-powered App Store Review assistant for iOS developers. Depending on the features you use, the service may:

  • Analyze app metadata, permissions, and context against Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
  • Analyze App Store rejection messages and draft reviewer-safe replies.
  • Generate pre-submission checklists and review-safe metadata rewrites.
  • Analyze store screenshots for review compliance and listing quality.
  • Import apps and store metadata from App Store Connect when you provide an API key.
  • Scan a GitHub repository you grant read-only access to, for App Store rejection risks in source and config files.
  • Export analysis results as PDF or Markdown.
  • Offer public free tools (validators, generators, and similar utilities), some of which use AI.

These Terms apply to the website, the authenticated product, and the free tools.

3. No Affiliation with Apple

AcceptMyApp is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "App Store", "iOS", "App Store Connect", and related terms are trademarks of Apple Inc. References to Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and App Store Connect are made for informational purposes only.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

AcceptMyApp provides informational guidance only. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in your app being approved by Apple's App Store Review team. Apple's review decisions are made at their sole discretion and may change without notice.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Analysis results, risk assessments, checklists, suggested fixes, reply drafts, metadata rewrites, screenshot reviews, app-idea outputs, and other generated content are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
  • Guideline interpretations are automated and may not reflect Apple's current enforcement practices.
  • Reply drafts, metadata, checklists, and similar outputs are suggestions only — you are solely responsible for anything you send to Apple or publish in App Store Connect.
  • You should independently verify all recommendations before acting on them.

The service provider accepts no responsibility or liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content provided by AcceptMyApp.

6. Free Tools

Public free tools on acceptmy.app may be used without an account. Some run entirely in your browser. Others send the text you submit to our servers and to our AI provider to produce a result. Anonymous AI tools are rate-limited; paid members may bypass those daily caps.

Ideas generated by the iOS App Idea Generator may be published on our public ideas gallery. We store the generated idea, not the optional context you typed. Do not submit confidential information into public tools.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information about your apps.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated content before use.
  • You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to circumvent legitimate review processes.
  • You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
  • You must only upload screenshots and files you have the right to use.
  • If you connect App Store Connect, you remain responsible for the API key you provide (Issuer ID, Key ID, and .p8 private key). Use a key with the minimum access needed. We use it only to import the apps you select and do not store it.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • Your first pre-submission or rejection analysis is free.
  • After that, you may buy a one-time unlock for a specific app (unlimited analyses on that app) or a yearly subscription that unlocks every app you own for the subscription period.
  • Current prices are shown on the site in US dollars (USD) and may change. The amount charged is the price displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Promotional codes, when offered, are entered at checkout.
  • Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel from the billing portal in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided once an unlock or subscription period has started. Exceptions may be made at our discretion, and nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Contact us if you believe a refund is warranted.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the app metadata, rejection messages, screenshots, and other content you submit. AI-generated analysis results are provided for your personal and professional use.

We may publish anonymized app ideas produced by the public idea generator (the generated output only). The AcceptMyApp name, branding, website, and underlying technology remain the property of the service provider.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, app rejection, App Store account suspension, or loss of business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of AcceptMyApp.

In no event shall the service provider's total liability exceed the amount you paid to AcceptMyApp for the product giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under French law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@acceptmy.app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of AcceptMyApp shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue that applies to you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
