2. Service Description

AcceptMyApp is an AI-powered tool that analyzes iOS app metadata and App Store rejection messages against Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. The service provides risk assessments, identified issues, suggested fixes, and draft reply messages.

3. No Affiliation with Apple

AcceptMyApp is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "App Store", "iOS", and related terms are trademarks of Apple Inc. References to Apple's App Store Review Guidelines are made for informational purposes only.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

AcceptMyApp provides informational guidance only. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in your app being approved by Apple's App Store Review team. Apple's review decisions are made at their sole discretion and may change without notice.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All analysis results, risk assessments, suggested fixes, and reply drafts are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
  • Guideline interpretations are automated and may not reflect Apple's current enforcement practices.
  • Reply drafts are suggestions only — you are solely responsible for any communication you send to Apple.
  • You should independently verify all recommendations before acting on them.

The service provider accepts no responsibility or liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content provided by AcceptMyApp.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information about your apps.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated content before use.
  • You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to circumvent legitimate review processes.
  • You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • App unlocks are one-time payments granting unlimited analyses for that specific app.
  • Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may change as the service scales.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate delivery, refunds are generally not provided once an app has been unlocked. Exceptions may be made at our discretion — contact us if you believe a refund is warranted.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the app metadata and rejection messages you submit. AI-generated analysis results are provided for your personal and professional use. The AcceptMyApp name, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of the service provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, app rejection, App Store account suspension, or loss of business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of AcceptMyApp.

In no event shall the service provider's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific app unlock giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of AcceptMyApp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux, France.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
